Referral Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Program Overview

Nestworth are excited to introduce the “Spring Into Action” Family & Friends Referral Program for our valued clients in Australia. This program gives our existing clients the opportunity to refer their family and friends at a discounted rate off their initial adviser fees.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully to understand how the program works. By participating in the program (either by referring someone or by being referred), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Program Period

This promotion runs for a limited time only. The program begins on 6th August 2025 and ends on 6th November 2025 (all dates inclusive). To qualify for the discount:

  • You must submit your referral during this period.
  • You or your friend or family member must attend their first consultation with Nestworth on or before 6th November 2025.

Referrals or initial consultations that occur outside of these dates will not be eligible for the benefits of this program.

  1. Eligibility

Who can refer: The program is open to existing Nestworth clients in Australia. This means you must be a current client of Nestworth’s services to act as a Referrer. (Employees of Nestworth and their immediate family members are eligible to participate as referrers in this program).

Who can be referred: The friend or family member that is referred should be new to Nestworth. They must not be a current or former client. To be eligible, the referred person should also:

  • Be at least 18 years old (legal adult).
  • Be a resident of Australia (since our services and this promotion are based in Australia).
  • Not have been referred by someone else already (only the first referral received for a given person will be counted)

Important: Please make sure you have your friend or family member’s permission to refer them. Only refer people who have agreed to be contacted by Nestworth about this offer. Refer to Section 6 on Privacy & Consent.

  1. How to Refer a Friend or Family Member

Participating in the Spring Into Action program is simple. To refer a friend or family member, you can use either of the following methods during the program period:

  • Referral Card: Be given our “Family & Friends Referral” physical card and scan the QR code to fill in your friend or family members details, and submit it to Nestworth or provide the details to your financial adviser. Referral cards are provided and available upon request if you need one.
  • Online Referral Form/Link: Complete the referral form online using the special link provided by Nestworth for this program. This link may be available on our website, through the QR code or sent to you via email. Simply enter yourself or your family member or friend’s name and contact information, plus the details as the referrer, and submit it electronically.

Regardless of the method you choose, please ensure:

  • Timely submission: The referral is submitted no later than 6th November 2025 to be eligible.
  • Accurate information: Provide correct contact details for your family member or friend so we can reach out to them. Nestworth are not responsible for referrals we don’t receive due to incorrect information or technical issues.
  • Permission: You have consented or informed your family member or friend about the referral and obtained their consent.
  1. Referred Friend’s Benefit: 15% Discount

We want you or your friends and family to feel welcome at Nestworth too! If you refer someone and they join as a new client during the program period, they will receive a 15% discount on their initial adviser fees.

Details and Conditions for the Referred Friend’s Discount:

  • Discount scope: The 15% discount applies only to the referred person’s initial adviser fees. This is typically the fee for creating their initial financial plan with Nestworth. The discount will be applied to that invoice automatically when they are billed.
  • One-time use: This referral discount is a one-time offer for the new client’s first fee. It won’t apply to any future fees or services, and each new client can only receive this discount once.
  • Not combinable: The referral discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers that Nestworth may be running concurrently. If the referred friend or family member is eligible for multiple offers, only the 15% referral discount (or another offer, if they choose and it’s applicable) will apply, not both.
  • No cash value: The 15% off is not redeemable for cash or any other benefit. It simply reduces the amount the new client must pay for their initial adviser fees. If the friend or family member decides not to proceed with a plan or there is no initial adviser fee charged, the discount has no monetary equivalent.
  • Timing: To receive the discount, the referred friend or family member must engage our services and pay their initial adviser fee within the program period (by 6th November 2025). If they delay proceeding not signing up, the discount will not apply.

Your friend or family member will be informed of this discount when we contact them, so they are aware of the savings available. It’s a great incentive for them to “spring into action” and get started with their financial plan!

  1. Privacy and Consent

Respecting privacy and maintaining trust is very important to Nestworth. Before referring someone, you must have their consent to share their name and contact details with us.

  • Consent to be contacted: Ensure that your friend or family member agrees to be referred and contacted by Nestworth and Tempus. You should let them know that an adviser from Nestworth will likely reach out to offer a consultation, and that you (as the referrer) could receive a reward if they become a client.
  • Use of personal information: Any personal information you provide about your friend or family member (such as their name, phone number, or email) will be used solely for the purposes of this referral program and to offer our services to them. We will contact the referred person to invite them to an initial consultation and explain our services and this promotion. We will handle their information in accordance with Nestworth’s Privacy Policy and Australia’s privacy laws (Policies - Nestworth Financial Strategists).
  • No unsolicited referrals: Please do not send us contact information for people who have not agreed to be referred. It’s important that your referral is welcome and expected by the friend or family member. If a referred person indicates they do not wish to be contacted, we will respect that decision, and they will not be eligible for the program benefits.
  • Your information: Likewise, if you participate, your name may be mentioned to the friend or family member (for example, we might say “You were referred by [Your Name] as part of our referral program” when we reach out to them). By referring, you consent to this. We will not disclose any of your other details to the friend or family member without your permission.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of the person you are referring. This helps us maintain the trust of both you and your friend or family member and ensures compliance with privacy regulations.

  1. General Terms
  • Program changes: Nestworth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program (and/or these terms) at any time at our discretion. While we don’t anticipate changes, unforeseen circumstances or regulatory requirements might necessitate an update. If we do make any significant changes or end the program early, we will do our best to inform participants (for example, via email or a notice on our website). However, any change will be effective once updated in these Terms & Conditions. Be sure to check for updates periodically during the program period.
  • No liability for participation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestworth will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred as a result of participating in this referral program or from redeeming any reward. This program is intended as a goodwill gesture; by participating, you agree that you do so at your own discretion. (Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian consumer law or other applicable laws).
  • No waiver: If we don’t enforce a particular term or delay enforcement, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver of rights by Nestworth would have to be in writing.
  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Governing law: These terms and the referral program are governed by the laws of Australia. By participating, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any disputes or claims arising from the program.
